About The 208 Boys

The 208 Boys started with two buddies, a love for the outdoors, and the belief that some of the best stories start where the pavement ends.

Based in Idaho, we’re all about hunting, fishing, camping, backroads, and exploring everything the Idaho outdoors and Mountain West have to offer. From archery and rifle hunting to fishing trips, backcountry adventures, camp life, outdoor gear, and whatever else we decide to get ourselves into, we’re bringing you along for the ride.

We aren’t professional guides, expert outdoorsmen, or trying to pretend we have everything figured out. We’re just two friends who would rather spend a weekend in the mountains than sitting at home. Sometimes the plan works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Usually, those are the trips that make the best stories.

The 208 Boys is about more than filling a tag or catching the biggest fish. It’s about getting outside, exploring new country, learning along the way, and enjoying the people you get to do it with.
